Teenagers Arrested After Posting Murder Video on Social Media
Trang, March 25, 2025 – Two 14-year-old Thai boys were arrested after they filmed themselves murdering a 33-year-old man in a rubber plantation and posted the graphic footage on social media.

According to Esor News, the teenage suspects shared a video of the fatal shooting on Instagram, boasting about the killing. The post showed the victim lying lifeless in a purple shirt and blue trousers, with a chilling caption: “Killed one.”
The original video was not censored, but the administrator of the news page added a “censored” mark over the victim’s body. The administrator also uploaded images of the suspects, arguing that no censorship was necessary due to the severity of their crime.
Investigation and Arrest
Shortly after the video went viral, police swiftly arrested the two teenagers. Their identities have been withheld under the Child Protection Act.
According to Workpoint News, the victim was identified as Rungrueang Nakwong, a 33-year-old Thai man. His body was discovered at 8:30 AM on March 25 by a local mushroom collector in the rubber plantation. He had suffered two gunshot wounds near his left ear, and four bullet casings were found at the scene.
Legal Action
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the motive behind the killing. The two suspects are expected to face serious legal consequences, despite their juvenile status.
