Pies2U started from a home kitchen just a few years ago during Covid lock down, by developing a range of pies then selling online/home delivery.
We began with the pastry deciding on an imported premium butter recipe for better flavour, and baking the pies golden brown. We wanted the pies to have an oval shape like the traditional meat pies of England, so we commissioned some custom-made pie tins.
We then focused on the fillings, buying researching the recipes and purchasing the best quality premium imported ingredients such as Wagyu and Black Angus Grain Fed Beef, Premium Lamb from Australia and high-grade chicken and vegetables selecting only the freshest and best quality
We feature a range of “classic pies” such as Black Angus Beef & Onion, Steak & Kidney, Lamb & fresh Rosemary, and a few new ideas such as Chicken with Portobello Mushrooms and Truffle, Mediterranean Vegetable and a Chicken Tikka Masala pie
Our other best sellers include our “Great British Sausage Rolls” with a savoury Cumberland sausage encased in buttery puff pastry and our fruit pies such as apple and cherry
We have had good feedback for the pies and were awarded Bangkok
“Artisan Pie Champion of the Year” from the St Georges Society for two years in a row now 2023/2024
All our pies are passionately hand crafted under the watchful eye of our award-winning British Master Chef who has years of experience in 5* Hotels and Restaurants and whose family ran a deli shop in England in the 1800’s whereby the recipes have been passed down through generations so we are very proud of our heritage.
We also now supply some of the leading retail stores in Bangkok, restaurants, and wholesalers throughout Thailand. Also, Pies2U are available online for home delivery so please visit our Facebook page Pies2U or our website www.pies.co
We have a booth at the Food Market in the Sindorn Building on Wireless Road every Friday from 07:00 – 3:00pm every Friday where we feature our range of artisan pies, sausage rolls, fruit pies and chef’s specials so do drop by and say hello
