All shopping malls in Thailand will close by 9pm from Thursday (April 15) until further notice, the Thai Retailers Association and Thai Shopping Centre Association said on Wednesday.
The early closing time is part of measures to deal with the third-wave outbreak of Covid-19.
Thailand recorded 1,335 new Covid cases on Wednesday, the highest number since the virus outbreak began early last year.
