Russian rider apologizes to residents

Residents  have raised complaints about a foreign man who has been riding a large motorcycle with loud noise in the parking lot of FlowerLand, located at Soi Siam Country Club in Pattaya, every night for 2-3 hours. This disturbance has been ongoing for approximately a week.

In response to the complaints, a reporter from Khaosod went to the location to film the foreign man riding the motorbike and contacted the police at Nong Prio Police Station in Chonburi. On January 5, Lieutenant Colonel Chanchai and Sa-nguansaksri from the police station visited the scene for inspection.

Upon arrival, the officers found the Flowerland parking lot to be dimly lit and noticed a foreigner on a big black bike driving around in circles. The police officers approached the man and requested him to accompany them to the police station.

The foreign man, identified as Mr. Wayim, a 32-year-old Russian, admitted that he regularly comes to ride his big bike during that time of the night, intending to exercise in a secure area. However, he was not aware that there were residential areas nearby.

“I feel guilty and apologize to everyone who has been troubled by my actions,” Mr. Wayim expressed. As a consequence, the officer issued a warning that he would face prosecution if he continues with such behavior.
