Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has vowed to take legal action against rogue drivers and their companions to curb deadly road accidents during the Songkran festival.
He said losses continue every year although the government has all necessary laws to cut the number of accidents, and authorities will be stricter in enforcing existing laws to tackle the problem.
