Rescue officials caught a python that tried to hide under a Bangkok Mass Transit Authority bus in Samut Prakan province early on Monday.
Officials of the Ruam Kusol Foundation were told about a two-metre python lying under the front of a No 145 bus parked at a petrol station in Muang district.
It took them about two hours before they were finally able to remove the snake, which they planned to release back to the wild as soon as possible.
