PATTAYA, Thailand – Authorities are closing in on the parents responsible for abandoning a newborn boy, whose lifeless body was discovered inside a black trash bag in the Nongprue area of East Pattaya.

The shocking discovery was made along Soi Pattana 4, where a passerby found the bag near a wire fence and immediately alerted authorities. Inside, police found a blood-stained white shirt, a brown cloth wrapped around the infant, and biological waste, including the placenta and umbilical cord.

Nongprue Police swiftly responded, documenting the scene and launching an investigation. Officers are reviewing security camera footage to track down those responsible for the tragic act.

The local community has expressed outrage over the incident, condemning the parents for abandoning the newborn in the sweltering heat. Authorities have vowed to identify and hold them accountable, as residents demand justice for the innocent child.
