Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Friday extended his condolences to the families of tourists who drowned when a tour boat capsized in rough seas off Phuket the day before.
He said he had also instructed the provincial administration to help the tourists who were injured and provide them with “full compensation”.
Prayut also ordered officials to speed up the search for the missing.
