Panic as Fire Breaks Out in Pattaya Condo, Tourists Flee in Chaos

PATTAYA, Thailand – Chaos erupted in the early hours of March 5th as Thai and foreign tourists fled a condominium in Soi Ko Phai, South Pattaya, after a fire broke out in Room 301 on the third floor.

Thick smoke billowed from the unit around 3 AM, triggering panic among residents. Rescue workers quickly arrived at the scene, broke down the door, and found that the fire had started from a gas stove, partially burning the wall. Firefighters swiftly extinguished the flames before they could spread further.

A witness reported seeing smoke pouring from the balcony window and immediately alerted authorities. The witness also assisted in evacuating residents to ensure their safety.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and officials are now investigating the incident to prevent future occurrences.
