The suspect has been identified to the press as 52-year-old Mr. Boonlert Khunmoon of Banglamung. The victim was 50-year-old Miss Sudjai Rodmanee and has been identified as Mr. Boonlert’s ex-wife.

The incident took place near the Chonburi Land Office in Pattaya mid-morning yesterday in which Mr. Boonlert followed Miss Sudjai via motorbike to a street near the land office in South Pattaya.
