Latest updates and times international Flights from Thailand

✈️📢 UPDATE As of June 2020.

 The Foreign & Commonwealth Office currently advises British nationals against all but essential international travel. This advice is being kept under constant review.

There is a ban on international passenger flights landing in Thailand until 30 June. This may have an impact on flights. Check with your airline before travelling to the airport.

Please allow three hours for connections if you are flying from a regional airport to Bangkok to catch an international flight. Check carefully which airport you need – commuting between Don Muang and Suvarnabhumi airports can take 1 hour or longer.

Outbound flight availability to the UK is as follows:

📍 Direct UK Bound flights:
✈️ EVA Air
Please note flights are operating on Sundays only.
The next flight direct to Heathrow is BR67 departing on Sunday 21 June at 1230. 221 seats available with prices from 207550 THB in economy and 29180 in premium economy. Subsequent flight: Sunday 28 June at 1230.

From 1 July 2020, EVA Air will operate 3 flights per week direct to London. This will be every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and may change subject to CAAT restrictions.

📍 Non-direct flights with transit to the UK:

✈️ Lufthansa
Flights operate from Bangkok (BKK) to Heathrow (LHR) via Frankfurt (FRA).

The next flights will operate on 22, 25 and 27 June.

Flight LH773 is scheduled to depart at 2300hrs each day. The layover in Frankfurt is 2 hours and the time of arrival in London is 0840hrs GMT. Seats available from 15930 THB through to the UK.

For standby, please report to the ticket desk at counter G22 at least 2 hours before departure.

✈️ Swiss Air
Swiss Air operating 2 flights per week, Wednesday and Sunday.

LX181 departs Bangkok (BKK) at 2320 and arrives at Zurich (ZRH) 0610hrs local time.

This connects with LX326 at 1710 and arrives at Heathrow (LHR) at 1755. Connection is long. Seats available from 15345 THB in economy on 17 and 21 June.

✈️ Korean Air
Flights to Seoul Incheon (ICN) with a connecting flight to Heathrow (LHR).

The next flight KE652 from Bangkok (BKK) to Incheon (ICN) with a connection to the UK will depart on 16, 18 and 21 June at 2330hrs.

Tickets from Bangkok to Incheon are still available from 38825 THB on www.koreanair.com
NOTE: Europeans travelling from Thailand can transit Seoul if they have an onward ticket to Europe.

✈️ Qatar Airways
BKK-DOH flight QR837 departs at 0210hrs daily and arrives local time at 0515hrs. This and subsequent flights have seats available.

The onward connection, flight QR003 departs Doha (DOH) at 0705 daily and arrives at Heathrow (LHR) at 1225. A through ticket to the UK is available from 14840 THB in economy saver on most days this week.

✈️ KLM
KLM operates flights from Bangkok (BKK) to Amsterdam (AMS) daily. KL876 to Amsterdam (AMS) departs at 2350 hrs.

Connecting flight is the KL1007 to Heathrow (LHR) from Amsterdam (AMS). Seats available from 14251 THB to the UK.

✈️ Gulf Air
3 flights on 21 and 28 June from Bangkok (BKK) to Bahrain (BAH).

GF153 will depart on those dates at 1935hrs and arrive at 2250hrs.

The connecting flight to Heathrow, GF7 will depart at 0200hrs local time and arrive in London at 0655hrs GMT. Fares start from 19270 THB to the UK.

No commercial flights operating

✈️Trat Airport
Now closed. Possible opening on 25 Oct 2020

No flights available as Air Asia have temporary suspended service from 1-30 June 2020
