Great news for Pattaya at the weekend when the image of the resort received a boost with the returning of a wallet.
A lady called Orawan Bunmark had handed in the wallet to special services officers at Bali Hai port after she found it on the road.
It contained 24,172 baht, 2,300 Yuan, 14,000 Yen, $100, 288 Yuan in “Ang Pao” envelopes and 13 credit cards.
The wallet found its way to Pattaya police station and soon the owner Li Haoran, 27, a Chinese tour guide, was reunited with it.
Mr Li praised the member of the public for their honesty and the actions of the authorities.
