Boys held for burglary in Sattahip

Three 12-year-old boys are in custody yesterday (February 19, 2019) for stealing cash and Buddha amulets from Bangsaraykongkaram Temple in the seaside town of Sattahip in Chon Buri province, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported.

Apart from the temple, the boys confessed that they had broken into seven houses and made off with cash and other valuable items.

Public Welfare Department officials will interrogate the boys and decide what steps they will take, bearing in mind that the three are underage persons.
