A new millionaire is a 61-year-old auntie from Surin Province. The lucky winner had just won 12 Million THB from the latest Thai government lottery draw on 1 July 2020 with a first prize number of 347258.

The first prize number brings in 6 Million THB per ticket, the auntie is holding 2 winning tickets and reveals that the money will be used to pay off debt.

INN news reports that after every lottery draw there is a big winner who will have their lives turned around. This time it is Klan Pratumma’s lucky day.

Klan is from house no. 175 in Ban San Klang Village, Sangkha District, Surin Province. The winner went to file a police report on 1 July 2020 after realizing that she had just become a millionaire at the Sangkha Police Station.

Big lottery winners will usually go to file a report with the nearest police station as proof that the lottery truly belongs to the holder. There have been cases in Thailand where multiple people claimed to be owners of the winning lottery tickets, often ending in years of court cases.

Filing a police report helps keep the lottery and the owner safe. The winning number is 347258, Klan is seen holding the 2 winning tickets in front of the local media.

Klan was very bright when interviewed by the news team. The winner stated that the lottery was purchased right in front of her home.

She bought 2 tickets and never imagined winning the big prize. She is filled with happiness and now believes that her life motto has finally worked. Klan has always lived life believing that doing good will bring her good. Winning the lottery is proof that all the good Klan has done for other people has come back to help her.

The money will be used to pay off debt, build her home, buy land for her children, and donated to help others.
