Air India has announced a nonstop trip between Delhi and Amsterdam, expanding its European network even further. Currently, only KLM serves this route, but when Air India begins service next month, there will be more options for travelers on this sector.
Amsterdam to Delhi nonstop
Another non-stop service to Europe has been added as Air India broadens its global network. On June 11, Air India will begin operating flights between Delhi and Amsterdam, making Amsterdam its eighth city in continental Europe. With the addition of the route to Amsterdam, Air India will operate 77 nonstop flights weekly between India and Europe, giving passengers more convenience and flexibility. The airline will use its fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which have a combined seating capacity of 256 passengers in two classes (238 in economy and 18 in business). Schedule

strengthening ties between Delhi and Europe
In recent months, Air India has improved connection between Delhi and Europe. In fact, the airline has connected from Delhi to four European cities in the past four months, with Amsterdam becoming the fourth. Campbell Wilson, the Chief Executive Officer of Air India, said:
“Air India is expanding the length of its long-haul network and giving its customers more alternatives with the introduction of this new non-stop service to Amsterdam. This route helps us achieve our goal of making Delhi an important international center, together with the three other European lines that have recently begun service and those that will follow.Air India is concentrating on, among other things, optimizing its network and fleet under its transformation roadmap Vihaan.AI. After almost three years, Air India began operating nonstop flights on the Delhi-Copenhagen-Delhi route again on March 1. Flights depart from Delhi three times per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.The airline restarted nonstop service between Delhi and Vienna on February 18. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are the days that flight AI153 departs from Delhi and arrives in Vienna at 18:45. The Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday schedule for the Milan service was introduced on February 1st.
