British Man Arrested in Pattaya
28-year-old British man, wanted for trespassing and overstaying his visa, was arrested in Pattaya on the evening of October 3rd after attempting to flee from officers while under the influence of cannabis.

Identified as Mr. Davis Songhuek Pittrak, he was apprehended by Chonburi Immigration officers following an arrest warrant issued by the Pattaya Provincial Court. He faces charges of nighttime trespassing, property damage, and overstaying his visa in Thailand by over 120 days.

Authorities tracked Mr. Davis to Pattaya after receiving a tip that he had been spotted on Pattaya Second Road. When officers approached, Mr. Davis tried to escape but was quickly apprehended, with officers noting he was heavily intoxicated by cannabis. A small amount of cannabis was also found in his possession.

During questioning, Mr. Davis denied all charges, including the claims of overstaying. However, after further investigation, the warrant and his visa overstay were confirmed. He was transferred to the Nongprue Police Station for further legal action and will face deportation.
