Women attacked by an Indian national

A Thai woman sustained injuries after an alleged attack by an Indian national in Pattaya. The Pattaya City Police were notified of the incident at 2:50 A.M. on Pattaya Beach Road near Soi 13/1 in Nongprue. Emergency responders, police, and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene in front of a convenience store. The injured woman, identified as 20-year-old Ms. Natthawadee Mueanthawong, appeared intoxicated and had sustained facial injuries. She was taken to a nearby hospital.

Ms. Korrapin, 22, a witness who did not provide her full name to the press, told Pattaya police that she saw the injured woman, bleeding heavily from her face, running from the direction of Pattaya Beach and shouting for help. The victim claimed she was attacked by an Indian national but did not provide details about the circumstances, whether she knew the suspect, or if there had been a prior dispute.

The Pattaya City Police advised Ms. Natthawadee to file an official report once she recovers. Police are reviewing nearby CCTV footage to investigate the incident further and take appropriate legal action.
