In conjunction with Destination Group, one of Thailand’s top hospitality and restaurant companies, HG Hotels & Resorts today announced the signing of the Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya.
The arrangement is the third conversion property partnership between the two parties in the nation, following the recently inked Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach and Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach.
Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya, which was formerly known as Mountain Beach Resort, will debut in late 2024 and is just 10 minutes from the heart of Pattaya and 200 meters from Pratumnak beach. With 318 rooms and suites that seamlessly combine ergonomic design and modern layouts, three restaurants with cutting-edge culinary concepts, and the brand’s recognizable hallmarks KidSuite and Kids Stay & Eat Free program, it will be the perfect place for families, business travelers, meetings, and groups.
The agreement represents the most recent step in IHG’s strategic expansion in Thailand, where it already operates 34 hotels and has 37 more planned, with an ambition to increase the size of its portfolio within the next five years.
